1 – Services and rates
1.1
The service entitles you to :
Loan of mandatory equipment in compliance with standards, description of the activity (use of equipment, explanations at the start of the session).
Monitoring, advice and/or assistance during the session.
Access to the facilities according to the chosen formula (1h or 2h… ). All equipment, briefing, park entry and exit are included in the chosen time slot.
Access to insurance coverage underwritten by our insurance company. Under no circumstances will insurance cover be provided if the instructions posted on the site are exceeded.
1.2
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. They are expressed for the current season, however SARL PIRA 2R reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.
2 – Booking
2.1
For L’AQUAPARC EMBRUN, reservations are recommended for individuals and groups.
2.2
Reservations can be made via our website aquaparcembrun.fr. The customer does not have the option of modifying the reservation. Once the service has been paid for, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail which must be presented at the park entrance.
Aquaparc Embrun reserves the right to check the identity of the purchaser, who must therefore be in possession of an official, valid photo ID: identity card, passport, driver’s license or residence permit.
2.3
Groups are accepted with and without a reservation, but without a reservation and subject to availability, the group may be turned away. Group bookings are subject to acceptance of a preliminary estimate, and a 30% deposit may be required, or a purchase order may be issued for groups. The number of participants must comply with the estimate, and may not be reduced by more than 20%. It will be possible to request a new quote until D-10. For special park openings, the minimum charge is €600.
2.4
CSEs can purchase Aquaparc Embrun tickets for resale to their employees. For this purpose, after validation of an estimate drawn up in advance, the customer will receive an invoice for immediate payment. In return, he will receive tickets conforming to his order, which he will be able to resell at the desired price without exceeding the public price charged by AQUAPARC EMBRUN . The ticket is single-use and non-refundable.
3 – Cancellation, refund
3.1
For safety reasons, management may decide to evacuate the park, or even close it, without refund or compensation once the activity has started.
3.2
In the case of groups, all requests for cancellation or postponement at the customer’s initiative must be made by telephone: 06 62 54 80 74
